We’re delighted to announce that Laura Lebec has joined us to lead our work and learning on all things sustainability. Newly appointed as our Lasting Difference Development Manager, she has lots of fresh ideas for improving the toolkit, website and user experience of the resources.
Laura has worked in the voluntary sector for over 20 years and brings experience from her role as a senior manager in social care, where she focused on developing inclusive approaches to quality. She is currently developing doctoral research into how the voluntary sector measures organisational performance. She is looking forward to bringing her research interests and her management experience together to support third sector organisations to improve their effectiveness and sustainability, using highly participative and facilitative approaches.
